Dear Friends:

We heard a lot about “hope and change” four years ago. Some people are still hoping for something good to come from the government. Some people are hoping to see new people in elected office. Some others – sadly – have given up hope.

As for change, we have definitely been getting “change.” Unfortunately, this “change” is just more of the same – the theft of our money and personal liberties, coming at us faster, more brazenly, and with ever greater disregard for the Constitution and rule of law.

If the current state of affairs continues, we won’t even have “change” in our pockets – where our folding money used to be. What is happening in Washington is being mirrored in Sacramento.

We all know the definition of insanity: Doing the same thing over and over, while expecting a different outcome. In so many instances, we have been sending the same tax-and-spend political insiders to the Legislature, and not surprisingly, they do exactly what they have been programmed to do, no matter what they promise us during the campaign.

That’s why REAL CHANGE is the theme of my campaign for Assembly. Please check out my biography in this website, so you will know a bit about my background. Also check the page entitled “What Matters to You.” There you will find, plain and simple, my principles and my positions on issues that matter to all of us.

The Golden State we once knew has become The Golden Goose for predatory special interests. We can change that. It will take time, commitment and hard work, but it can be done.
